北約峰會(huì)日前在美國(guó)華盛頓舉行。在中新社“東西問·中外對(duì)話”中，太和智庫資深研究員鮑韶山分析稱，全球大多數(shù)人相信烏克蘭沒有任何扭轉(zhuǎn)局勢(shì)的機(jī)會(huì)。而陷入困境的北約并沒有尋求通過談判走向和平，其所能想到的“解決措施”就是不斷“加注”。這樣不會(huì)帶來好結(jié)果。(陳天浩)

Warwick Powell, senior fellow at Taihe Institute, said in the latest W.E.Talk that basically no one believes that Ukraine has any chance of turning back the tide. So NATO, unfortunately, with its back against the wall, is not seeking a pathway to peace through negotiation, but only understands a pathway defined by doubling down.“This won't end well”, said Powell.
